Product: Seoul 10-Hour 1-Day Private Car/Taxi Tour

• Vehicle Options: Alphard (1–5 passengers), Hiace (4–9 passengers)
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: 100% refund for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the pick-up time.

▶ Important Notes

• Luggage Policy: Number of bags should not exceed the number of passengers.
• Changes: Pick-up/drop-off locations and times cannot be changed within 24 hours of service.
• No Refunds: No refunds for unused services after booking or for "no-shows/late arrivals" due to customer circumstances.
• Usage: Valid only on the date selected at the time of booking.
• Price Adjustments: Fares may change based on hotel location or changes to pick-up times.
• Special Events: For buses, exhibitions, trade shows, or events, the final confirmation is provided upon receipt of the vehicle confirmation voucher after payment.
• Changes to Driver/Vehicle: May occur due to local circumstances (driver schedule, vehicle issues, etc.).
• Overtime/Excess Mileage: Fees to be paid on-site.
• Shipping: As this is a product of service, there is no physical shipping.

▶ Booking Process

• Confirmation: A voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours of vehicle assignment.
• Driver Details: Driver contact information will be sent via email around 9:00 PM on the day before the service.
• Meeting Point: Coordinate directly with the driver. (Airport: Airport arrival hall meeting with name sign available if selected as an option).
• Communication: WhatsApp or WeChat.

Holiday Surcharge: A 20% surcharge applies during New Year’s Day (Jan 1–3), Lunar New Year, Chuseok (Mid-Autumn Festival), and Christmas (Dec 25).
