<Airport Pickup>
The driver will meet you at the location shown on the map provided with your driver’s information. (Option: "Meet and Greet" service is available at the arrival hall.)

<Hotel Pickup>

The driver will wait for you at the hotel’s designated pickup area or main entrance.

▶ Inclusions: Car, driver, fuel, taxes, waiting time, tolls, driver's meal allowance, parking fees

▶ Cancellation/Refund Conditions: 100% refund if cancelled up to 2 days prior to pickup (no refunds otherwise)

▶ Important Notes:

. Number of bags: Same as the number of passengers or none

. Pickup location/destination/pickup time cannot be changed within 24 hours (due to driver's schedule issues)

. Unused bookings are non-refundable

. Changes and refunds are not available due to no-shows or lateness

. Valid only for the date specified at the time of booking

. Even after a driver is assigned, the driver or vehicle may be changed due to local circumstances (driver's schedule before/after, vehicle issues, etc.)

. As this is a non-delivery product, there are no delivery-related updates such as shipping notices.

▶ Post-Booking Progress and Notes:

. Confirmation - Delivered via email within 1 day of dispatch (within 24 hours of booking)

. Pickup Method: Meet by communicating with the driver (For airports, use the sign service or meet by communicating with the driver)

Driver Contact: Provide around 9 PM the day prior (Provide at least 1-3 hours before pickup, or the driver will contact you directly via WhatsApp)

Driver Communication: WhatsApp (International call/text driver fee issues)

Free Waiting Time (Pickup/Drop-off Bookings): 15 minutes (Hotel, Airbnb), 90 minutes (Airport) (If the free waiting time is exceeded, the driver will move or you can wait for an additional fee)

Restrictions

• Food and drinks are not permitted in the vehicle.
• Smoking is prohibited.

• Flat-rate pricing does not apply to areas outside the designated zones.
